What is Redenom Epoch?

An Epoch is the period of time, at the end of which all decimals are burned and only whole-value tokens remain. At the end of an Epoch, a voting shall be held on the project to be financed. The winner shall be financed from the Redenom DAO Fund formed during the Epoch.
